Brief Bio: Carlton Sims has taught at Oxon Hill High School for the past 12 years. He is a graduate of Washington Adventist University, Silver Spring Maryland. He also studied Architecture Design at Howard University. Mr. Sims previously worked for US Army Corps of Engineers. His tenure at Oxon Hill High School has included teaching subjects in Engineering, Advanced Design, Foundations of Technology, Technical Design, and Engineering Research Practicum. Mr. Sims has sponsored the school FRC Robotics Team, and coached the Varsity Baseball Team for a period of 10 years. He enjoys the teaching profession, and looks forward to continuing his impact on the career pathways of our aspiring students.
