Growing a Forest of Opportunity

Every gift to e4usa begins with an opportunity for an educator, but its impact grows far beyond one teacher or classroom.

Last year, donor support and foundation funding helped e4usa direct $119,050 back to educators through scholarships and professional learning, creating opportunities for approximately 55 teachers. Those educators returned to their classrooms with new tools, fresh ideas, and the confidence to help more students see themselves as engineers and problem-solvers.

The Forest of Opportunity explores this multiplier effect and shows how donors, teachers, and students are connected through a shared system of growth.

A New Name for Our Flagship Course

We are excited to share that e4usa Legacy is becoming e4usa Engineering!

The new name better reflects what the course has always been: e4usa’s most comprehensive, yearlong engineering experience. While “Legacy” sometimes suggested that the course was old or being phased out, e4usa Engineering says clearly and confidently what students will experience.

Only the name is changing. The curriculum, units, professional learning, college credit opportunities, and educator support all remain the same. Over the coming weeks, you will see e4usa Engineering (formerly e4usa Legacy) appear across our website, Hub, and program materials.

Same course. Clearer name. More engineering for all.

e4usa Is on the Recruiting Trail!

We recently connected with educators at the National Career Academy Coalition conference in Orlando, Florida, and we are not slowing down. Before the end of 2026, you can also find e4usa at NJTEEA 2026, NCSS 2026, and ACTE CareerTech VISION.

You can help us grow! Share e4usa with educators and school leaders in your community. If your school is thinking about expanding its engineering program, now is the perfect time to start the conversation.
