Reflecting on Progress, Building the Future: Our Impact Report 2025

We’re proud to share e4usa’s Impact Report 2025, a year in review that celebrates the remarkable progress our community has made together. This past year marked meaningful milestones, from convening our first in-person national conference and expanding partnerships to deepening pathways for students into college and career opportunities. All of this work remains grounded in a research-to-practice model that prepares the next generation for the engineering workforce.

As you explore the report, you will read stories of growth, collaboration, and the invaluable contributions of donors, educators, partners, and students who make e4usa’s mission possible. We are deeply grateful for your support and inspiration, and we look ahead with optimism as we continue expanding high-quality engineering education and strengthening workforce pathways in the years ahead.
