A new academic year is here, and the e4usa community is growing! Following a summer filled with professional learning, we’re welcoming educators and schools from new states, reconnecting with partners across the country and in Ghana, and launching new resources and opportunities.

Growing Engineering Education in Miami-Dade County

For the second consecutive year, e4usa has received funding from the Al & Jane Nahmad Family Foundation (AJNFF). This support will help us continue serving our current Miami-Dade County teachers while expanding e4usa’s reach to more educators, schools, and students across the county.

AJNFF supports innovative leaders working to create meaningful change in Miami-Dade County. We are grateful for the foundation’s continued partnership and confidence in our work.

e4usa Partners with ICGS for a New Virtual Master Class

We are excited to partner with the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools (ICGS) as part of its innovative Headways Virtual Master Classes program. These focused four-week experiences bring educators together for live conversation, curated resources, practical strategies, and meaningful exchange with colleagues from girls’ schools around the world.

Led by e4usa Executive Director Dr. Stacy Klein-Gardner, Engineering Identity in Girls’ Schools: What the Research Says and What It Looks Like in Practice will explore how classroom and school environments shape girls’ confidence, aspirations, and sense of belonging in engineering. Each session will connect research with a classroom-ready strategy that educators can put into practice.
